My first real entry!

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

And by Gentlemen I mean those of you reading over your wives' shoulder to see what she is interested in just before Valentine's Day, because we know that they all important gift is weighing heavily on your mind by now. But I will let that slide and maybe you will find me so witty that you follow me of your own accord!

I am starting this blogging journey because I feel like I have something to give. I am a young wife and mother who has no clue what she is doing, I am an avid learner though and I want to share those experiences with you. I hope that you find this blog informative and enjoyable. It is my desire to make this a very open and honest look into my life and the things that seem to make it a little sweeter.

I love to hear thoughts and comments. If you have ideas for me, such as a new recipie or something that you do everyday to cut the clutter etc. please let me know! Maybe we can learn together.

My first recipie will be up soon! It's super yummy and super easy. I think that I am going to keep it on hand for the long haul.

  2. One of my favorite tricks for cutting the clutter is baskets. They are great to put under a coffee table with some of Kara's little toys and later things like scrap paper and crayons so she can sit at the coffee table and draw and play while you and Josh are busy with other things. great in closets, bathrooms and bedrooms. little luggage tags with labels that can be switched out can be attached to them so you know what is in each basket too.

  3. Thanks April! I love baskets! I think I get it from my mom. I remember going to the thrift store and buying them for a dime apiece.
Right now I have a lot of plastic storage bins because they were so cheap after Christmas. They help organize Kara's toys, and when she dumps them out they function as a toy themselves!
